These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who uses the WPSubstrata website (wpsubstrata.com) or engages our infrastructure services ("the Service"). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The free audit is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to proceed with a paid engagement.
Pricing for each engagement is confirmed after the audit and agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
The optional monthly monitoring fee, where applicable, is billed [monthly/in advance]. The first month is provided free of charge. You may cancel the monthly service at any time with [X] days notice.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Upon completion of the setup and full payment, you receive full ownership of your server environment — including root access, credentials, and documentation. WPSubstrata does not retain administrative access to your server unless explicitly agreed as part of an ongoing monitoring arrangement.
Server hardware is rented from a third-party cloud provider (currently Hetzner Cloud). You own the environment running on it, but the underlying hardware infrastructure is subject to the cloud provider's own terms.
You are responsible for:
WPSubstrata is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or website downtime.
Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
All content on the WPSubstrata website — including copy, design, and code — is owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Any custom configuration, scripts, or documentation we create as part of your engagement become yours upon full payment.
Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly monitoring arrangement with [X] days written notice. One-time setup engagements are governed by the individual service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who uses our services for illegal purposes or in a way that harms others.
